CDMX, (Notiax).- Sergio “Checo” Pérez se convirtió en el mexicano con más podios en Formula 1 luego de terminar tercero durante el Gran Premio de Azerbaiyán, una complicada carrera en la que nuevamente el tapatío demostró su implacable tenacidad.
Cuarenta y siete años transcurrieron para que se rompiera el récord que hasta ahora ostentaba Pedro Rodríguez, fallecido en 1971, quien en ese mismo año lograra su séptimo podio en la máxima categoría del automovilismo mundial durante el Gran Premio de Holanda.
Los organizadores del FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE MÉXICO™ se unieron a los buenos deseos para el piloto y lo animaron a mantener su buen desempeño de cara a la edición 2018 de la carrera en nuestro país.
