CDMX, (Notifax).- La Secretaría de Salud anunció la puesta en marcha del estudio que permitirá identificar de forma oportuna enfermedades que se pueden presentar durante el embarazo, con el objetivo de incidir en la reducción de la mortalidad materna.
Este proyecto denominado Cohorte de Mujeres Embarazadas de la Jurisdicción Sanitaria de Amecameca, se llevará a cabo de manera conjunta entre la SS, la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), la Secretaría de Salud del Estado de México y el Hospital Regional de Alta Especialidad de Ixtapaluca (HRAEI).
De las enfermedades que se diagnosticarán se encuentran la diabetes gestacional y preeclampsia, también se identificarán alteraciones mentales, violencia, acceso a la atención médica y determinantes sociales que propician el embarazo en adolescentes.
